SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. Annie Jane's creates Handmade Originals that are unique in design and individually created based on your order. Our commitment is to make quality items that you will be pleased with. We will ship your order within two weeks of payment. Payments of check or money order must be received prior to your order being shipped. We will notify you promptly if there are any delays. Please note that custom orders, such as name blocks, may take up to four weeks for delivery.

2. All orders are shipped from our Utah location through USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. Shipping cost are included in product pricing, unless different shipping methods are requested. Additional charges may apply for express deliveries. We will always try to meet our customer's request and needs, but this may result in additional charges. International orders will be shipped through Global Priority Mail to the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We will determine shipping charges on international orders based on total order weight. Please contact us prior to ordering. We regret that we cannot ship to additional foreign countries.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with any products, please mail it back to 2184 Prairie Dog Circle, Riverton, Utah 84065 USA . Please include your order number, name, return address, and reason you were dissatisfied. We will contact you to either refund the amount of your purchase or correct your order. You may also use the Contact Us form or call us at 801-302-9322, 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. MST. We are not able to pay for return postage of the item.
